Senior Interior Designer

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Interior Designer to join our Bangalore Experience Center and take ownership of the design journey for mid to high-end residential interior projects.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design journey for residential interior projects from concept to closure.
Understand client requirements and translate them into functional and aesthetic designs.
Develop design concepts, layouts, material selections, and presentations.
Create and present 3D designs and renders in collaboration with 3D Modelers.
Present design concepts, finishes, and material options to clients.
Generate project quotations using company software.
Manage multiple projects while ensuring customer satisfaction, timelines, and budget adherence.
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Drive project revenue and ensure timely collection of payments.
Mentor and guide Junior Interior Designers.
Maintain high standards of design quality and customer experience.
Requirements
4+ years of experience in residential interior design.
2+ years of experience in the modular interiors industry.
Proficiency in SketchUp and V-Ray/Enscape.
Strong client-handling, presentation, and communication skills.
Good knowledge of materials, finishes, ergonomics, and interior design principles.
Strong understanding of residential space planning and modular interiors.
Ability to understand and effectively capture client expectations.
Strong ownership and project management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Leadership skills with the ability to mentor junior designers.
