Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Panaji. The Video Editor will work closely with the creative team to assemble raw footage into compelling, polished videos for digital, social, and other media channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include organizing and editing video clips, syncing audio, applying transitions and effects, and refining narratives to align with project objectives and brand guidelines. The role involves color grading footage, integrating motion graphics and basic graphic elements, and preparing final deliverables in required formats and resolutions. The Video Editor will collaborate with producers, designers, and other stakeholders to review drafts, incorporate feedback, and ensure consistent quality and timely delivery of all video content.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing, including experience with industry-standard editing software.
Proficiency in Video Color Grading for visual consistency, mood, and style across different types of projects.
Ability to create and integrate Motion Graphics and Graphics to enhance storytelling and visual appeal.
Solid understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, sound design basics, and current digital video trends.
Attention to detail, strong time management, and ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with openness to feedback and iterative improvements.
Relevant education or training in film, multimedia, design, or a related field is beneficial; a portfolio showcasing video work is required.
