Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your financial planning and analysis expertise in a dynamic and innovative field. You’ll work alongside collaborative, forward-thinking, and detail-oriented teammates.
You'll play a pivotal role in consolidating IT RUN costs across all units of the Alstom group, ensuring accurate insights on actual costs versus budget to drive business performance. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Digital Services Controlling team, Digital Services Operational team, and India Finance team), support the IS&T RUN Controller in driving forecasts and budget preparation, and oversee the implementation of global processes to improve IT cost efficiency and recharges.
You’ll specifically take care of monthly reporting of IS&T costs and variance analysis, but also manage the implementation of the service catalogue for IT across the globe.
We’ll look to you for:
Consolidating IS&T RUN costs from different countries, regions, or systems and preparing monthly variance analysis and rolling forecasts.
Driving budget preparation in collaboration with operations and country business partners.
Managing budget, forecast, accruals, and invoicing for RUN recharge to projects and platforms based on consumption.
Ensuring process efficiency in RUN recharge and adherence to agreements.
Implementing and managing the service catalogue and related recharge processes.
Handling India transfer pricing invoicing to France and local invoicing to other units in India.
Managing Power BI tools for IS&T, ensuring data accuracy and regular updates.
Collaborating on ad-hoc assignments to continuously improve IS&T financial processes.

A Chartered Accountant qualification or CMA or MBA with 5-8 years of post-qualification experience in IT Finance.
Experience in FP&A, business controlling, or IT cost controlling with an international scope.
Knowledge of ERP systems, specifically SAP.
Proficiency in advanced Excel skills.
Familiarity with Power BI tools and financial data visualization.
Strong business orientation and effective communication skills with international teams.
Proactive, pragmatic, and open-minded approach to problem-solving.
Ability to work autonomously in a matrixed and international organization.
