Role Description The Print Designer and Xerxo role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ranchi. The role involves designing and preparing print-ready files for various materials such as flyers, brochures, posters, packaging, and textiles. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with clients and internal team members to understand design requirements, creating graphics and layouts, and ensuring brand consistency across all printed assets. The individual will manage the production process from concept to final print, review proofs, and coordinate with print vendors or in-house printing operations. The role also requires maintaining organized design files, meeting deadlines, and ensuring quality standards are consistently met.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Print Design and Graphic Design, with the ability to create print-ready layouts and materials.
Experience working with Graphics and Branding to develop cohesive visual identities and marketing collateral.
Knowledge of Textiles and related design processes for fabric-based or apparel print projects.
Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or equivalent).
Attention to detail, strong visual sense, and the ability to follow brand guidelines and production specifications.
Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with clients and team members on-site in Ranchi.
Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing client requirements.
Relevant diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Textile Design, or a related field is preferred; equivalent practical experience is also valued.
