Must-Have
Software Development using Linux or other RTOS platforms
Development of Platform Layer, Control Plane or protocol layer development or management plane development (L2 – STP,VLAN -- L3-OSPF,BGP,SRv6,MPLS etc)
Design, Development and Sustenance of the networking equipment like switches, routers, gateways, AAA/Authentication/Account frameworks, Firewall/SD-WAN/SDN controller solutions
C/C++ programming language expertise
Python and NetConf/ gNMI /OpenConfig Added advantage
Good-to-Have
Exposure to different SoCs, ASICs and software dataplane like NFVs
Cloud Native Networking functions development, integration, orchestration
Complete product design and architecture knowledge
