Key Responsibilities
Handle the complete recruitment life cycle for US IT requirements.
Analyze client requirements and identify suitable candidates within specified timelines.
Source candidates through Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, CEIPAL, and other sourcing channels.
Screen and evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, communication, and cultural fit.
Conduct initial interviews and coordinate client interviews.
Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified consultants and candidates.
Work on W2, C2C, 1099, and Full-Time requirements.
Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Build long-term relationships with candidates for future opportunities.
Update and maintain candidate records in ATS systems.
Collaborate closely with Account Managers, Delivery Leads, and Business Development teams to ensure successful placements.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment goals.
Required Skills
1-5 years of experience in US Staffing Recruitment.
Strong understanding of the US Staffing industry and recruitment processes.
Experience working with Direct Clients and Implementation Partners.
Hands-on experience with sourcing tools such as Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, CareerBuilder, and Indeed.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to work independently and in a target-driven environment.
Strong understanding of US tax terms, employment types, and staffing models.
Experience working on multiple client requirements simultaneously.
