Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Operations Manager role based in Noida. The Operations Manager will oversee daily clinical and administrative operations to ensure smooth functioning of the center, including patient flow management, scheduling, and coordination between medical and non-medical staff. The role involves monitoring performance metrics, optimizing processes, and ensuring compliance with clinical, safety, and regulatory standards. The Operations Manager will manage budgets, resources, and vendor relationships, while driving cost efficiency and high-quality service delivery. The role also includes leading and developing the operations team, handling escalations, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance patient experience.
Qualifications
Proven experience in operations management, preferably in healthcare or multi-location service organizations.
Strong skills in process improvement, workflow optimization, and performance monitoring.
Demonstrated ability in team leadership, staff supervision, and cross-functional coordination.
Competence in planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Ability to manage patient-centric service delivery, with a focus on quality and safety standards.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Proficiency with MS Office and familiarity with healthcare information systems or ERP tools.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certification is an advantage.
Comfort working in a fast-paced clinical environment and handling multiple priorities.
Prior experience in ophthalmology or eye care services is a plus.
