We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with 8+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate combines deep Java/Spring Boot backend expertise with strong front-end skills in Node.js/TypeScript. This is a hands-on role focused on building scalable, high-performance applications on a microservices architecture, with strong database, CI/CD, and communication skills essential.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
Build microservices that ensure high availability, resilience, and performance.
Develop responsive, maintainable user interfaces using Node.js/TypeScript.
Integrate multiple API services across diverse databases.
Contribute across the full software development lifecycle, from design to deployment and operational support.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, scope projects, and deliver quality solutions.
Participate in code reviews, mentor junior developers, and champion technical excellence.
Proactively address performance bottlenecks, security vulnerabilities, and technical debt.
Maintain clear documentation for developed components and processes.
Required Skills & Experience
Technical
Strong proficiency in Java and mandatory experience with Spring Boot.
Proven experience designing and implementing microservices architectures.
Experience building API services across multiple databases, including MongoDB and OraaS.
Front-end development with Node.js/TypeScript.
Containerization and orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes.
Hands-on experience with modern CI/CD tools and practices.
Soft Skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication, able to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
Self-motivated and effective both independently and within a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Good to Have
Experience with Python.
Experience with AI coding tools such as Devin or Copilot.
