Business Management Intern (International)
Stipend: BDT 29k–45k (for entire internship)
🕘 Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Full-Time)

About the Company:
WaruWenJo is a healthcare platform connecting international patients for medical second opinions and medical value tourism with healthcare providers, doctors, nurses, hospitals, and healthcare organizations. We are looking for highly motivated interns who are interested in healthcare business development, stakeholder engagement, international partnerships, and patient acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct cold calling and professional outreach for collaboration with doctors, nurses, hospitals, clinics, healthcare organizations, and strategic business partners through phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.
Generate, qualify, and follow up on collaboration leads, patient referrals, and doctor onboarding opportunities for webinars, CME programs, consultations, and website registration.
Research, verify, and maintain accurate databases of healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, healthcare organizations, and potential partners.
Assist in organizing webinars, CME programs, healthcare workshops, virtual or field networking events, and partnership meetings.
Support MOU, collaboration, and partnership activities, including scheduling meetings, coordinating discussions, and maintaining stakeholder relationships.
Conduct regular follow-ups, manage stakeholder relationships, and prepare weekly reports and documentation on outreach and collaboration activities.
Required Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable with cold calling and business outreach.
Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
Good research, follow-up, and relationship management skills.
Interest in healthcare, medical value tourism, and business development.
