📢 **Hiring: Assistant Manager – Operations Excellence**
📍 **Location:** Ranipet, Tamil Nadu
💼 **Experience:** 3–6 Years
🎓 **Qualification:** B.E./B.Tech – Mechanical / Production / Metallurgical Engineering
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Drive Lean, Kaizen & Continuous Improvement initiatives
* Identify process bottlenecks and improve productivity, yield & efficiency
* Monitor OEE, utilization, OTIF, energy & other operational KPIs
* Conduct RCA and support CAPA / corrective actions
* Drive scrap, cost and energy reduction initiatives
* Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, SCM & Quality teams
**Preferred:** Steel / Heavy Manufacturing experience and Lean Six Sigma exposure.
