Our expectations for the Founder’s Office Intern:
Supporting founders on strategic goals - You will be assigned projects & tasks, as required by founders and will be expected to drive them to closure.
Lead the Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy for new business initiatives and service offerings, driving adoption, revenue growth, and market expansion
Maintaining service level quality - you will be expected to think like a founder, and ensure customer experience and the service provided remains top-notch as we scale.
Accelerating the use of data, technology - you will be expected to help ensure Dr. Paws uses new-age technologies and makes data-driven decisions wherever possible.
Setting up the organisation to scale - you will be expected to train staff, and build a culture of efficiency so that processes can scale as our company expands.
Supporting hiring efforts - you will be expected to help the founders to attract, engage, and retain talent
This is an On-site, Fulltime, Paid Internship
Location: Dr. Paws HQ Office (46, Nandi Durga Rd )
