Oracle Developer

Key Responsibilities
· Work closely with multiple internal teams to understand, troubleshoot, and resolve business and system issues.
· Deliver assigned tasks on time with high quality and minimal defects.
· Ensure adherence to SDLC processes, coding standards, and best practices throughout the development lifecycle.
· Manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
· Identify gaps in existing business processes and drive continuous improvements.
· Lead automation initiatives to reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency.
· Support Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Operations applications by understanding business processes and translating requirements into technical solutions.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data integration, process optimization, and system enhancements.
· Explore and leverage AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI technologies to improve operational processes and user productivity.
Primary Technology Skills
Core Database & Application Development
· Hands-on experience with Oracle/MSSQL databases, SQL, and PL/SQL development.
· Experience with database design, query optimization, and troubleshooting complex data issues.
· Knowledge of ETL, data integration, and enterprise application support.
Programming & Modern Development
· Strong programming skills in Python and .NET (C#).
· Experience developing APIs, microservices, and enterprise integrations.
· Familiarity with source control systems (Git, Azure DevOps, GitHub).
Nice-to-Have Skills
· Experience supporting Manufacturing, Supply Chain, ERP, MES, Planning, or Factory Automation applications.
· Manufacturing IT / Supply Chain IT domain experience.
· Experience with Azure, AI Foundry, OpenAI, MCP Servers, REST APIs.
· Exposure to Power Platform, Power Automate, and enterprise automation tools.
· Knowledge of Machine Learning, Data Analytics, and Dashboarding solutions.
