Civil Engineering Manager / Infrastructure Engineering Director

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineering Manager / Infrastructure Engineering Director to lead civil engineering, infrastructure development, technical coordination, and project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Lead civil engineering design, planning, and project delivery.
Manage infrastructure projects including roads, drainage, utilities, earthworks, and site development.
Review engineering drawings, designs, specifications, and technical submissions.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, developers, and authorities.
Ensure projects comply with engineering standards, regulations, quality, and safety requirements.
Monitor project schedules, costs, resources, construction progress, and technical deliverables.
Identify and resolve engineering, design, and construction issues.
Support tendering, procurement, cost estimation, and contractor selection.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.
Lead and mentor civil engineering and technical teams.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in civil engineering, infrastructure, or engineering management.
Strong knowledge of civil design, construction methods, engineering standards, and regulations.
Experience with infrastructure, roads, drainage, utilities, earthworks, or site development projects.
Strong project management, technical, analytical, and leadership skills.
Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and external contractors.
Professional engineering certification or registration is an advantage.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
