Position Title: Product Cybersecurity Engineer (PCSEn)
Primary Locations: Bangalore OR Chennai
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days on-site weekly)
Engagement Type: Fixed Term Contract for 6 months extension for 2 years
Role Overview
The Product Cybersecurity Engineer (PCSEn) advances cybersecurity capabilities to align global system standards, methodologies, and tooling strategies across R&D divisions, international business units, and the broader industry ecosystem. Assigned to component or system projects with specific cybersecurity demands, the PCSEn evaluates current platform concepts and security applications, leading all technical execution within the cybersecurity lifecycle—with a core focus on Threat Analysis and Risk Assessment (TARA) and security concept definition.
Key Responsibilities
Process & Compliance Tailoring: Adapt and adhere to the cybersecurity product lifecycle to satisfy customer specifications as well as industry standards, including ISO/SAE 21434, SAE J3061, and UNECE WP.29 R155/R156.
Requirements Elicitation: Engage internal stakeholders and external clients to define, clarify, and align on cybersecurity requirements.
Risk Assessment & Concept Development: Collaborate with clients and internal project teams to perform cybersecurity risk analyses and formulate concept requirements for ADAS products.
