We're looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads, preferably for e-commerce/D2C brands.
Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
Manage Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and Meta campaigns.
Monitor and optimize KPIs including ROAS, CPA, CTR, and Conversion Rate.
Conduct keyword, audience, and competitor research.
Set up and manage tracking using GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, and Conversion API.
Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports.
Collaborate with the creative team to improve ad performance.
Requirements
2–5 years of performance marketing experience.
Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Experience managing campaigns for e-commerce/D2C brands.
Good understanding of GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, and Conversion API.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Agency experience is a plus.
