Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Android Developer (SDK) role based in Gurugram. The Android Developer will design, develop, and maintain Android SDKs and mobile applications, collaborating closely with designers, product managers, and other engineers to deliver robust, scalable solutions. Daily responsibilities include implementing new features, optimizing performance, ensuring compatibility across devices, and maintaining clean, testable code. The role also involves reviewing code, troubleshooting issues, integrating third-party services, and contributing to best practices in Android design and development. The developer will participate in technical discussions, provide input on architecture decisions, and help improve development workflows and documentation.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Mobile Application Development and building Mobile Applications.

Candidates should possess strong skills in Software Development, including object-oriented programming and design patterns.
Proficiency in Kotlin and/or Java for Android, along with experience using Android SDK, Android Studio, and related tools.
Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and integrating backend services into mobile applications.
Knowledge of modern Android architecture components (e.g., ViewModel, LiveData, Room, Jetpack libraries) and MVVM or similar patterns.
Familiarity with version control systems such as Git, code review processes, and collaborative development workflows.
Ability to write unit and integration tests, and experience with debugging, profiling, and performance optimization on Android.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
