Graphic Designer (Remote) - JustStatics

JustStatics is a performance creative bureau that produces static ads for Meta at volume. We work on a subscription model with e-commerce brands across the Nordics, and we combine AI image generation with hard-earned performance craft to ship creative that actually sells. We are small, fast, and obsessive about output quality. We are now looking for a Graphic Designer to raise the visual bar on everything that leaves the house.

This is a fully remote role. Our team is based in Copenhagen.
Your Role
As our Graphic Designer, you will own the visual quality of the ads we deliver. You will work directly with the founders and the production team to turn briefs, product research and raw AI output into finished statics that hold up in a crowded feed. You will also help shape the systems behind the work: templates, type choices, layout logic and the standards that keep quality consistent when we are shipping for many brands at once.
Key Responsibilities
Design static ads for Meta across all placements and formats, adapting quickly to each client's brand.
Refine and finish AI-generated imagery so the end result reads as intentional design, not as AI output.
Build and maintain reusable layout systems, templates and type styles that scale across clients and campaigns.
Provide creative feedback on typography, hierarchy and composition, and push the visual standard of the team.
Manage and organise digital assets: brand kits, product photography, logos, icons and delivered creative.
Guard brand consistency for each client, so every delivery matches their guidelines and tone.
Own the final visual review before delivery, catching errors in text, layout, cropping and formats.
Stay on top of design trends, ad formats and new creative tooling, and bring what works into our process.
Keep deliveries on time by managing your own pipeline, priorities and deadlines.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably with performance or social creative.
A strong portfolio showing branding, digital content and a clear eye for typography and layout.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with expertise in Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. Figma is a plus.
Comfortable working with AI image tools, or genuinely curious about learning them fast.
A sharp eye for detail and a high tolerance for volume, without letting quality slip.
Fluent written and spoken English, and confident communicating async in writing.
An understanding of what makes an ad convert, not just what makes it look good.
Comfortable setting copy in Danish and Swedish without introducing errors. You do not need to speak the languages, but you need to respect the characters and never retype text by hand.
Reliable internet, your own working setup, and overlap with Central European hours.
Experience with e-commerce, DTC or agency work is a plus.
