Role Description The Assistant Manager role at SREELEATHER is a full-time, on-site position based in Bhubaneswar. The role involves overseeing daily store operations, supporting the Store Manager in managing staff schedules, monitoring inventory, and ensuring the showroom is well-maintained and customer-ready. The Assistant Manager will guide and coach team members, address customer queries and concerns, and help maintain high standards of customer service and sales practices. Responsibilities include tracking sales performance, assisting with visual merchandising, coordinating stock replenishment, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. The role also requires preparing basic reports, supporting promotional activities, and collaborating with management to meet store targets and improve overall efficiency.
Qualifications
Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to supervise staff and support team development.
Customer service and retail sales skills, including handling customer queries, managing complaints, and maintaining a positive in-store experience.
Operational and organizational skills, such as inventory monitoring, basic reporting, and adherence to store procedures.
