Role Description This full-time, on-site Jewelry Designer role is based in Surat. The Jewelry Designer will develop original jewelry concepts, sketch detailed designs, and translate ideas into production-ready drawings and CAD models. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with product and production teams, refining designs based on feedback, and aligning collections with brand aesthetics and market trends. The role involves selecting materials and stones, preparing design specifications, and ensuring designs are both visually appealing and technically feasible for manufacturing. The Jewelry Designer will also support the creation of fashion jewelry lines and contribute to seasonal collections and special projects.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Jewelry Design and Product Design, with the ability to create practical, production-ready concepts.
Proficiency in Drawing and sketching to communicate design ideas clearly and accurately.
Experience in Fashion Jewelry design, with understanding of current styles and consumer preferences.
Hands-on skills in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software for detailed 2D and 3D jewelry modeling.
Knowledge of gemstones, metals, and manufacturing processes used in fine and fashion jewelry.
Attention to detail, strong aesthetic sense, and ability to balance creativity with technical constraints.
Ability to work on-site in Surat, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple design projects.
Relevant education in jewelry design, product design, fashion design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
