WE’RE HIRING: TALENTED GRAPHIC DESIGNER
D5Madness is looking for a talented Graphic Designer with a strong visual eye, solid design fundamentals, and hands-on experience using AI as part of the creative workflow.
We’re looking for someone who can take a concept from idea to execution across social media, campaigns, branding, and digital content, while knowing how to use today’s AI tools to push the work further.
What we’re looking for:
• Strong graphic design and art direction skills
• Excellent command of Adobe Creative Suite and/or Figma
• Strong typography, layout, composition, and visual storytelling
• Experience creating social media and campaign creatives
• Ability to adapt across different brand identities and industries
• Strong attention to detail and high-quality finishing
AI Skills Are Essential:
• AI image generation and creative concept development
• Strong prompt engineering skills
• Image editing, enhancement, expansion, and style control using AI
• Ability to integrate generated assets naturally into professional designs
• Understanding of AI-assisted video or motion generation is a strong plus
• Familiarity with tools such as Freepik AI, Midjourney, Nano Banana, Kling, Higgsfield, Magnific, or similar platforms
We’re not looking for someone who simply generates an image and calls it a design. We want a designer who knows when to use AI, how to control it, and how to turn the output into polished creative work.
