SAP Solution Architect

We're looking for an experienced SAP Solution Architect to take the technical lead on a large-scale S/4HANA implementation in Poland. This is a customer-facing role for someone who is equally comfortable in a design workshop with business users and in a code review with developers.
What you'll do
Own the technical architecture of custom developments, extensions and integrations, in line with clean core principles
Be the key technical contact for the customer: run workshops with business representatives and key users and turn their needs into clear, feasible solutions
Explain technical concepts, trade-offs and risks to stakeholders and management in plain business language
Set development standards and design guidelines, and ensure quality through design and code reviews
Lead the development team, working closely with functional consultants and the project manager
Estimate technical scope, manage technical risks and support planning from blueprint through go-live and hypercare
Work on-site at the customer's premises during key phases (workshops, testing, cutover, go-live)
What we're looking for
10+ years of SAP ABAP development experience, including 2–3+ years as a technical lead or solution architect on full-cycle S/4HANA projects
Fluent Polish (must-have) and Upper-Intermediate English or higher
Strong knowledge of modern ABAP and solid experience with classic RICEFW developments
Good understanding of SAP business processes and modules (FI/CO, SD, MM, PP) and how technical solutions support them
Hands-on experience with integration scenarios between S/4HANA and non-SAP systems (Integration Suite/CPI, APIs, IDocs)
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a track record of working directly with business users and customer management
Readiness for regular business trips and on-site presence at customer locations in Poland
