Junior Architect

Company Description Danya Sukhtian Designs is currently run by Danya helself and she is looking for her first hire to then hopefully grow into an organisation in the future.
Role Description The Junior Architect will support with all projects and will have a direct role in all operations. This part-time, remote role involves assisting in architectural design work, helping document requirements, and contributing to the integration of software tools such as AUTOCAD, revit, and drawing related programs, also Adobe Bundle, photoshop, indesign, etc..The Junior Architect will collaborate with Danya to translate business needs into practical design concepts. Day-to-day tasks include preparing drawings and diagrams, coordinating with software development resources, and supporting project management activities such as timelines, basic documentation, and status updates. The role requires proactive communication, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
Qualifications
Foundational skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to support the creation of functional layouts and and prepare construction drawings.
Basic understanding of Design Software and Integration concepts to collaborate effectively with technical teams
.
Introductory Project Management skills, including organizing tasks, tracking progress, and contributing to clear documentation.
Relevant academic background such as a degree or ongoing studies in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with capacity to learn new tools and adapt to evolving requirements.
Effective written and verbal communication skills, and comfort working collaboratively in a remote, cross-functional environment.
Proficiency with common design and documentation tools (e.g., AutoCAD or similar CAD software, basic office and Adobe productivity tools).
