The company maintains offices in Pune and Mumbai and supports clients across India, helping them compare system-recorded stock with actual physical stock to improve control and transparency.
Role Description The Operations Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune City. The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day operational activities, including planning and scheduling stock verification assignments, allocating trained manpower, and coordinating resources to meet client requirements and timelines. This role involves monitoring adherence to standard operating procedures, ensuring data accuracy, and reviewing reports before submission to clients. The Operations Manager will collaborate with field teams and office staff to optimize workflows, resolve operational issues, and support continuous improvement in processes and use of technology. Additional responsibilities include maintaining client communication, tracking performance metrics, supporting budgeting and cost control, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and safety standards.
Qualifications
Operations and process management skills, including experience in coordinating field teams, managing workflows, and implementing standard operating procedures.
Strong organizational and planning skills to handle scheduling, resource allocation, and multi-site assignments efficiently.
Analytical and problem-solving skills to review inventory data, identify discrepancies, and support root-cause analysis.
Proficiency with basic technology tools and data entry systems commonly used in stock or inventory management.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with clients, supervise teams, and ensure clear reporting.
Leadership capabilities, including team supervision, performance monitoring, and coaching for field and office staff.
Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy, particularly in handling numerical data and stock counts.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field; relevant experience in inventory, logistics, or audit operations is an advantage.
Ability to work on-site in Pune and travel within India as needed for operational requirements.
