Location: Remote

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Sales Performance Management (SPM) Consultant to configure and support solutions across sales planning, territory management, quota planning, incentive compensation, and performance analytics. The role involves translating business requirements into configurations, data models, and business rules, along with supporting data migration and integration activities.
Key Responsibilities
Configure Salesforce SPM functionalities, including Sales Planning, Territory Planning, Geographic Sales Mapping, Quota Planning, Incentive Compensation Management, and Performance Analytics.
Configure calculation rules, hierarchies, workflows, and approval processes to meet business requirements.
Design data models and business rules to support sales performance management processes.
Support data migration and validation activities to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
Participate in integration design and testing.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to validate configurations against agreed requirements.
Required Skills and Experience
5+ years of relevant experience, with hands-on expertise in Salesforce SPM configuration.
Understanding of sales planning, territory and quota management, incentive compensation, and performance analytics.
Experience configuring calculation rules, hierarchies, workflows, and approvals.
Experience designing data models and implementing business rules.
Experience supporting data migration, data validation, and integration testing.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Availability to join within 0–15 days.
