Role Description The Human Resources Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement in a fast-paced, media-focused environment. This full-time role is hybrid, based in Gurugram with flexibility for some work from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include partnering with leadership to forecast workforce needs, managing recruitment processes, maintaining HR policies and compliance, and handling employee relations and conflict resolution. The Human Resources Manager will develop and implement HR initiatives that support organizational culture, training and development programs, and retention strategies. The role also involves managing HR data and reporting, ensuring accurate documentation, and supporting change management as the company scales.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
Strong skills in HR policy development, compliance with labor laws, and maintaining accurate HR documentation and records.
Ability to design and deliver training, learning, and development initiatives that support employee growth and organizational goals.
Proficiency in HRIS or HR management tools, data analysis, and creating HR reports to support decision-making.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills, with a focus on building inclusive and respectful workplaces.
Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple stakeholders in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications (such as SHRM or CIPD) are an advantage.
Experience in media, sports, or tech startups is beneficial, along with an interest in cricket and digital community-building.
