What You'll Create
Develop the creative direction for Kshm's social, digital, and brand communication.
Conceptualise campaigns, content series, Reels, brand films, and social-first ideas.
Write engaging scripts for short-form videos, Reels, campaigns, and brand stories.
Develop strong hooks, narratives, dialogues, voiceovers, and content formats.
Translate Kshm's products, philosophy, and everyday moments into stories people can connect with.
Work closely with the creative, styling, design, photography, video, marketing, and performance teams.
Develop creative briefs, references, moodboards, and storytelling directions for shoots.
Take ideas from the first thought to execution and final output.
Explore new formats, cultural conversations, and trends to keep Kshm's content fresh and relevant.
Ensure everything we create feels consistent with Kshm's voice, visual identity, and point of view.
What We're Looking For
4–7 years of experience in Creative Direction, Copywriting, Scriptwriting, Content, Advertising, or Social Media.
Strong experience in social-first and short-form video content.
Excellent writing and storytelling skills.
Strong understanding of hooks, narratives, pacing, humour, emotion, and audience attention.
Someone who can think of the big idea and also get hands-on with execution.
Strong understanding of fashion, lifestyle, culture, and digital content.
A strong visual sense and the ability to translate an idea into a complete creative direction.
Someone who enjoys ownership, moves quickly, and cares about the quality of their work.
You'll Stand Out If You Have
Experience working with fashion, lifestyle, D2C, consumer, or culture-led brands.
Experience conceptualising or directing photoshoots and video shoots.
Experience building social content formats or recurring content properties.
Experience working with creators, influencers, photographers, stylists, and production teams.
A strong understanding of internet culture and emerging content trends.
The ability to turn a simple product or cultural insight into a compelling story.
