About the Role
We are looking for a highly creative and execution-oriented Graphic Designer – D2C to own the visual design requirements across House of Chikankari's digital commerce ecosystem.
The role will be responsible for creating high-converting, on-brand visual communication across the website, performance marketing, CRM, campaigns, launches and other D2C touchpoints.
The ideal candidate understands that D2C design is not just about aesthetics — it is about creating compelling communication that drives clicks, engagement and conversion while maintaining a strong brand identity.
Key Responsibilities1. Website & E-commerce
Design website banners, homepage creatives, collection banners and promotional modules.
Create visuals for product launches, campaigns, offers and seasonal moments.
Develop creatives for category and collection pages.
Continuously improve website visual communication based on performance and customer behaviour.
Ensure all creatives are consistent with HOC's visual identity and guidelines.
2. Performance Marketing
Create high-volume static and motion creatives for Meta, Google and other paid channels.
Develop multiple creative variations for testing different hooks, layouts, products and offers.
Adapt campaign concepts into performance-led creatives.
Work closely with the Performance Marketing team to understand creative performance and iterate accordingly.
Design creatives specifically for acquisition, remarketing and conversion campaigns.
3. CRM & Retention
Design creatives for WhatsApp, email, push notifications and other CRM channels.
Create sale, launch, new-arrival, back-in-stock and retention communication.
Develop visually strong promotional assets while maintaining brand premium-ness.
4. Campaigns & Launches
Translate campaign concepts into digital design assets across multiple touchpoints.
Work closely with the Brand, Content, E-commerce and Marketing teams during launches.
Create campaign KV adaptations, social assets, stories, banners and promotional creatives.
Ensure timely delivery of all launch assets.
5. Social & Content Support
Create supporting graphics for Instagram, including stories, carousels, statics and reels covers.
Develop typography-led and product-led social creatives.
Support the content team with visual treatments and graphic elements where required.
6. Design System & Brand Consistency
Maintain consistency across typography, layouts, colours, imagery and overall visual language.
Build and maintain reusable templates for recurring D2C requirements.
Ensure fast execution without compromising design quality.
Keep up with evolving digital design, fashion, e-commerce and social media trends.
Key KPIs
100% timely delivery of D2C creative requirements.
Creative turnaround time for campaigns and daily BAU requirements.
Number of creative variations/tests delivered per month.
Performance of creatives: CTR, CVR, ROAS and engagement, wherever applicable.
Website creative refresh and implementation timelines.
CRM creative delivery and campaign readiness.
Brand consistency across all D2C touchpoints.
Reduction in repetitive/ad-hoc design requirements through templates and systems.
What We're Looking For
2–5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in D2C, fashion, beauty, lifestyle or e-commerce.
Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite / Photoshop / Illustrator.
Working knowledge of Figma; motion/video skills are a strong plus.
Strong understanding of digital and social-first design.
Ability to create both premium brand-led and performance-led creatives.
Strong sense of typography, composition, colour and visual hierarchy.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and ownership of execution.
Understanding of what makes an e-commerce creative clickable and conversion-oriented.
Preferred
Experience working with fashion/lifestyle brands.
Experience creating Meta performance creatives.
Basic motion graphics / After Effects / Premiere Pro skills.
Understanding of A/B testing and creative performance.
Strong understanding of mobile-first design.

Someone who can look at a campaign brief and say:
“Here is the visual idea, here are 5 ways we can execute it, and here is how we can adapt it for website, Meta, CRM and social.”
You should be fast, commercially minded, visually sharp and highly execution-oriented.
