Senior PR & Media Relations Manager

Interactive Bees Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Senior PR & Media Relations Manager who can lead PR mandates for multiple clients, build strong media relationships, and drive high-quality editorial coverage.
This is a client-facing, ownership-driven role for someone who understands how the media ecosystem works and can independently manage PR campaigns from strategy to execution.
Key Responsibilities
Lead PR strategy and execution for 4–5 client accounts
Develop monthly and quarterly PR plans aligned with client business objectives
Own end-to-end media relations, from story ideation and pitching to coverage and reporting
Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors and key media stakeholders
Identify and create opportunities for brand stories, thought leadership, interviews, features and expert commentary
Develop compelling press releases, media pitches, articles and communication briefs
Drive consistent monthly coverage across relevant national, business and digital media
Coordinate with media partners and manage PR deliverables, timelines and follow-ups
Act as the primary PR point of contact for clients and provide strategic recommendations
Monitor media coverage, identify trends and prepare monthly PR performance reports
Collaborate with SEO, content, social media and performance marketing teams to create integrated digital campaigns
Media Relations Experience
Strong experience working with or coordinating coverage across leading media platforms such as:
ANI | PTI | Business Standard | Hindustan Times | IANS
Existing relationships with journalists and editors across national, business, technology, lifestyle and digital publications will be highly valued.
What We’re Looking For
3–6 years of experience in PR, Corporate Communications or Media Relations
Strong understanding of the Indian media landscape
Proven experience independently managing multiple client accounts
Strong journalist and media-house network
Excellent media pitching, communication and storytelling skills
Strong client management and presentation skills
Ability to develop PR strategies rather than simply execute briefs
Experience in Digital PR, Thought Leadership and Brand Communications
Strong ownership, follow-up and relationship-building skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced digital marketing agency environment
