At Plattr, we help restaurants win on food delivery aggregators. Behind every restaurant that performs brilliantly online is a lot of work happening behind the scenes, and that’s where our Menu & Operations team comes in.
What will you actually do?
🍔 Make menus sell Turn restaurant menus into clean, compelling, aggregator-friendly experiences that help customers discover, understand, and ultimately order more.
📈 Improve conversion Dive into menus and customer journeys, spot what’s getting in the way, and help restaurants build better conversion funnels.
⚙️ Keep operations running smoothly Monitor restaurant performance and visibility across platforms, troubleshoot issues, and make sure the backend is working as it should, every single day.
🔍 Solve problems before they become problems You’ll constantly be looking at what’s happening on the platforms, identifying gaps, and figuring out how to fix them.
What makes this role exciting?This is not a sit-back-and-watch internship.You’ll be working in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment where things move quickly, priorities change, and you’ll be expected to think on your feet.
You’ll get a front-row seat to how some of the most interesting restaurant businesses operate online, and learn how menus, customer behaviour, operations, and business performance all connect.
