About the Role
We are looking for a creative, fast-paced, and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team in Thiruvananthapuram. The candidate will be responsible for creating engaging visual content for digital media, political and public affairs campaigns, social media, presentations, events, and brand communication.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-moving environment and capable of developing high-quality, trending creative assets within 30–45 minutes in response to real-time news and developments. Strong video editing skills will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Conceptualize and create high-impact posters and creative assets based on real-time news and developments.
Design visual content for social media, digital campaigns, events, presentations, infographics, and other communication requirements.
Create and edit short-form videos, reels, and video clips for digital and social media platforms.
Work closely with content writers and campaign strategists to convert messaging and campaign objectives into effective visual communication.
Adapt creative assets into multiple formats for digital, print, and social media platforms.
Maintain consistency in visual identity, design quality, and brand guidelines across all creatives.
Stay updated with current social media trends, design trends, and relevant digital content formats.
Manage multiple design requirements and deliver creatives within tight timelines.
Requirements & Qualifications
Graduate or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
1–3 years of professional experience in graphic designing.
Experience in political campaigns, public affairs, media agencies, or digital agencies will be preferred.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Hands-on experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent video editing tools.
Good understanding of typography, color theory, layouts, composition, and visual storytelling.
Strong understanding of social media trends and digital content formats.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and respond quickly to real-time creative requirements.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala.
Work from office is mandatory.
