🔹 About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Purchase Manager – Electronics with strong exposure to ATC/ATM and aviation/defence electronic products.
The candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing and procurement of PCBs, PCB assemblies, DVR/NVR, surveillance systems, communication equipment, electronic modules, controllers, displays, sensors, cables, connectors, and other electronic components/systems.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end procurement of ATC/ATM and aviation electronic products and components.
Source and procure PCB/PCBA, DVR/NVR, surveillance equipment, communication modules, controllers, displays, sensors, cables, connectors, power supplies, and electronic assemblies.
Develop and manage OEMs, authorized distributors, manufacturers, and electronics vendors.
Handle RFQ/RFP, quotation analysis, technical-commercial comparison, negotiation, and purchase orders.
Develop alternate sources for critical electronic components and systems.
Negotiate price, payment terms, delivery schedules, warranty, and commercial conditions.
Coordinate with Engineering, Projects, Production, Quality, Stores, and Finance teams.
Manage procurement as per BOM, project requirements, and technical specifications.
Monitor vendor performance, quality, lead time, and delivery commitments.
Drive cost reduction, vendor development, and procurement optimization.
Maintain supplier database, purchase MIS, comparative statements, and procurement documentation.
🔹 Required Skills & Experience
✅ 7+ years of Purchase/Procurement experience
✅ B.Tech/B.E. – Electronics Engineering MANDATORY
✅ ATC/ATM / Aviation Electronics / Defence Electronics industry experience MANDATORY
✅ Experience in procurement of PCB/PCBA, DVR/NVR, electronic modules, controllers, communication systems, surveillance products, and electronic assemblies
✅ Strong knowledge of BOM, electronic components, and technical specifications
✅ Strong vendor development, sourcing, and negotiation skills
✅ Experience with RFQ/RFP, quotation comparison, commercial negotiation, and PO management
✅ Experience working with OEMs, manufacturers, and electronics suppliers
💰 Compensation
Maximum CTC: ₹10 LPA
📍 Job Location: Gurgaon, Haryana
⚠️ IMPORTANT: Candidates without B.Tech/B.E. Electronics and relevant ATC/ATM, Aviation Electronics, or Defence Electronics procurement experience will not be considered.
