Full Stack Developer

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our team and work on the development and enhancement of our in-house software projects and digital platforms.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience across both front-end and back-end development and should be comfortable taking ownership of features from requirement understanding and architecture through development, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
This is a full-time remote position suited to a developer who can work independently, communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, and build scalable, secure, and reliable applications.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and maintain web-based applications for internal projects.
Develop responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces.
Build and maintain scalable back-end applications, APIs, and databases.
Translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
Develop new modules, features, dashboards, workflows, and integrations.
Integrate third-party APIs and external services where required.
Design and optimise database structures and queries.
Ensure application security, performance, scalability, and reliability.
Identify and resolve bugs, technical issues, and performance bottlenecks.
Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and properly documented code.
Manage application deployment, version control, and development environments.
Work closely with management and internal teams to understand project requirements.
Recommend technical improvements and suitable technologies for new requirements.
Maintain existing applications and continuously improve their functionality.
Participate in code reviews, testing, troubleshooting, and technical documentation.
Take ownership of assigned development tasks and deliver them within agreed timelines.

Experience in any of the following would be an advantage:
AI/API integrations, including LLM-based applications
CRM or ERP development
Internal business management systems
Workflow automation
Payment gateway integrations
WhatsApp, email or communication API integrations
Reporting and analytics dashboards
Docker and containerisation
CI/CD pipelines
Application security and performance optimisation
Candidate Profile
We are looking for someone who:
Has 3–4 years of professional Full Stack Development experience.
Has independently developed or contributed significantly to production-level applications.
Has strong problem-solving and debugging abilities.
Understands both the technical and business sides of application development.
Can convert business requirements into technical functionality.
Is comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Takes ownership and responsibility for assigned projects.
Communicates clearly regarding progress, challenges, and timelines.
Can manage multiple development priorities effectively.
Is willing to learn and adopt new technologies when required.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
Strong practical experience and a proven development portfolio may also be considered.
