Role Description The Pharma Logistics role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The role involves coordinating and managing the flow of pharmaceutical products, ensuring timely dispatch, export, and delivery in line with regulatory and quality requirements. Day-to-day tasks include managing supply chain activities, preparing and maintaining logistics documentation, tracking shipments, and liaising with internal teams, clients, and logistics partners. The role also includes monitoring inventory levels, resolving customer service and delivery issues, and supporting continuous process improvements for efficiency and compliance. The candidate will be expected to follow standard operating procedures, maintain accurate records, and contribute to reliable, high-quality logistics support for global pharma clients.
Qualifications
Strong Communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
Solid Analytical Skills for evaluating logistics data, shipment performance, and supply chain efficiency.
Customer Service capabilities to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
Knowledge of Supply Chain Management practices, including planning, inventory control, and coordination of logistics operations.
Experience or familiarity with Export procedures, documentation, and compliance requirements in the pharmaceutical sector.
Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, pharmacy, business, or a related field is preferred.
Understanding of pharmaceutical regulatory and quality standards is an advantage.
Proficiency in basic office software and logistics tracking tools; attention to detail and time management skills.
