Role Description This is a part-time remote role for an Endocrinologist at MCH International LLC. The Endocrinologist will provide virtual consultation and follow-up care for patients with endocrine disorders, including diabetes and thyroid conditions. Daily responsibilities include reviewing patient histories, ordering and interpreting laboratory and diagnostic tests, developing treatment plans, and adjusting therapies based on clinical response and guidelines. The role involves coordinating care with primary care providers and other specialists, documenting encounters accurately in electronic medical records, and participating in case discussions or multidisciplinary meetings as needed. The Endocrinologist will also offer patient education on disease management, lifestyle modification, and medication adherence while maintaining high standards of clinical quality, ethics, and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
Strong clinical foundation in Medicine and Endocrinology, with the ability to manage a broad range of hormonal and metabolic disorders.
Expertise in Diabetes care, including insulin management, use of technology (CGM, pumps), and long-term complication monitoring.
Experience or specialized interest in Pediatric Endocrinology for managing endocrine conditions in children and adolescents.
Familiarity with Cardiology considerations related to endocrine and metabolic diseases, such as cardiovascular risk assessment and management.
Board certification or board eligibility in Endocrinology (or Internal Medicine with strong endocrine focus), and an active, unrestricted medical license in relevant jurisdiction(s).
Prior experience with telemedicine platforms and electronic health records, with comfort delivering care remotely.
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain complex medical information clearly and empathetically to patients and families.
Demonstrated commitment to evidence-based practice, continuous learning, and adherence to professional and regulatory standards.
