About the Role
As a Scrum Master, you will play a key role in enabling our teams to work effectively within an Agile environment. You will foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement, empowering teams to become more autonomous and deliver meaningful value. Acting as a facilitator and Agile advocate, you will help create an environment where teams can thrive, adapt, and continuously improve the way they work.
Responsibilities
Facilitating Scrum events and ensuring effective meeting practices.
Helping Scrum teams focus on creating high-value increments, ensuring transparency and alignment.
Helping teams identify and remove impediments and manage dependencies.
Working closely with key roles such as Team Leads, Product Managers, and other stakeholders.
Coaching and mentoring team members and stakeholders in Agile values, principles, and frameworks.
Supporting teams in continuously improving their collaboration, delivery, and ways of working.
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead, or Agile Coach in a technology environment.
Experience working with software development teams using Scrum, Kanban, or other Agile approaches.
Strong facilitation, communication, conflict-resolution, and team-building skills.
Ability to establish relationships, coach teams and stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement.
A pragmatic approach to Agile, adapting practices to the needs and maturity of each team.
