Interior - Site Engineer

We’re Hiring – Interior Site Engineer | Chennai
M DOTS Architects is looking for an Interior Site Engineer with 2–3 years of experience in interior execution and site supervision.
The role involves handling day-to-day site execution and coordinating with architects, contractors and vendors. You should be comfortable working with:
• Carpentry and civil works
• Electrical and plumbing
• Flooring and cladding
• False ceiling and painting
• Reading drawings and BOQs
• Site measurements and quality checks
• Contractor and vendor coordination
• Material planning and site progress
We’re looking for someone who is hands-on, responsible and able to handle site-related issues independently while keeping the work aligned with drawings, quality standards and timelines.
Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design or a related field
Experience: 2–3 years
Location: Chennai
Work: Full-time, on-site

Candidates should possess quality control and inspection skills to ensure work meets design, safety, and workmanship standards.
Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in structural engineering and collaborate closely with civil engineers for technical accuracy.
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Engineering, or a related field.
Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
Experience in interior fit-out projects, residential or commercial, is preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under project deadlines.
Familiarity with basic project management practices and site safety protocols.
