Fashion education needs more than designers who know the process. It needs practitioners who understand how design moves from concept to market.
We are looking for passionate Fashion Design professionals who can bring industry experience, creative direction and contemporary fashion practice into an academic environment.
Position: Associate / Assistant - Fashion Design
ASSISTANT
B.Des in Fashion Design / relevant discipline
0 to 2 years of industry and/or academic experience
Strong foundation in fashion design and design process
Industry exposure will be preferred
ASSOCIATE
M.Des in Fashion Design / relevant discipline is mandatory
3 to 5 years of relevant industry experience is mandatory
0 to 2 years of academic experience is preferred
Full-time faculty, guest lecture or visiting faculty experience will be an added advantage

Design research and ideation
Ability to mentor students through end-to-end fashion projects
Institutional Preference
Qualifications from premier design institutions such as NID, NIFT, CEPT, Srishti Manipal, Pearl Academy, IDC School of Design and other reputed design institutions will be preferred.
Academic experience as a full-time faculty member, guest lecturer or visiting faculty will be an added advantage and highly preferable.
