Role Description The Management Information System Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. The role involves designing, maintaining, and updating MIS databases and dashboards to support organizational decision-making and program monitoring. Responsibilities include collecting and validating data from various departments, generating periodic and ad hoc MIS reports, and ensuring data accuracy and consistency. The Executive will analyze key metrics, highlight trends and variances, and provide actionable insights to management. Daily tasks also involve coordinating with internal stakeholders for information requirements, documenting processes, and supporting improvements in information flow and reporting standards.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Information Systems and Management Information Systems (MIS), including familiarity with database tools and reporting platforms.
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and present insights clearly.
Candidates should possess expertise in MIS Reporting, including preparing periodic dashboards, summary reports, and data visualizations.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for collaborating with program teams, documenting requirements, and presenting findings to stakeholders.
Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Commerce, or a related field.
Proficiency in MS Excel and other spreadsheet tools; experience with database management or BI tools is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple reporting deadlines.
Prior experience in a nonprofit or development sector environment is beneficial but not mandatory.
