About the Role
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Intern to join our Ahmedabad team for a 4-month internship, with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition and Employee Engagement.
This role is ideal for someone who has had some prior exposure to hiring and wants to build hands-on experience across the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle. You’ll work closely with the HR and business teams, get exposure to multiple roles and functions, and play an active role in helping us identify and hire the right talent.
What you'll do
Support the end-to-end recruitment process, from understanding requirements to aligning interviews.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals and other relevant channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate conversations.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
Maintain and regularly update the candidate pipeline and recruitment trackers.
Follow up with candidates through different stages of the hiring process and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
Support documentation and pre-joining coordination.
Assist the HR team with other people-related initiatives and projects, wherever required.
Support in Employee Engagement activities.
What we are looking for:
Prior exposure to recruitment/hiring through an internship, part-time role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable speaking with candidates and engaging with people across levels.
Ability to manage multiple requirements and timelines simultaneously.
Proactive, curious and willing to take ownership.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Basic understanding of recruitment processes and hiring platforms is a plus.
