Role Description The Senior Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at EcoVerva’s headquarters in Gurugram. This position leads HR operations, including workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations for a multi-site and international organization. The role oversees the development and implementation of HR policies, compensation and benefits programs, and compliance with labor laws and company standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include guiding HR team members, partnering with business leaders, supporting learning and development initiatives, and fostering an inclusive, safe, and high-performing workplace culture. The Senior Human Resources Manager also analyzes HR metrics, supports organizational change, and helps align people strategies with EcoVerva’s growth and sustainability objectives.
Qualifications
5–8 years of experience in HR operations and recruitment.
Demonstrated expertise in core HR domains such as workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy implementation.
Experience managing compensation, benefits, and HR compliance, including knowledge of Indian labor laws and regulatory requirements.
Strong leadership, people management, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to coach HR teams and collaborate with senior management.
Proficiency in HR systems and tools, data-driven decision-making, and the use of HR analytics to support organizational strategy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to handle confidential information and sensitive situations with discretion.
Background in multi-location or international operations, preferably in manufacturing, recycling, or industrial sectors, is an advantage.
Commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and a safe working environment across offices and processing centers.
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field, along with several years of progressive HR experience in a managerial role.
