Purpose of the Job: The Program Manager will be responsible for driving the execution of multiple projects across product, academic, and technology teams. This role ensures that projects align with business objectives, adhere to timelines, and meet quality standards. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and skilled at managing multiple project trackers while collaborating with stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Thinking
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Ensure alignment of project goals with business objectives.
Project Management
Work closely with product, academic, and technology teams to ensure smooth execution and stakeholder alignment.
Efficiently manage multiple project trackers, ensuring projects stay on schedule and meet established goals.
Monitor project progress, identify potential bottlenecks, and proactively implement solutions to keep projects on track.
Ensure adherence to processes and ensure high quality of projects
New Product Development
Support development of new products from conceptualization to launch phase
Track success of the product in the market and support product enhancements
Ideal Experience Profile:
Must have:
3+ years of project management/program management experience in product/ tech domain
Strong ability to breakdown a project into manageable components with great structure and detail
Great communication and analytical skills
Experience of working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects
Growth mindset with the ability to receive and act on feedback constructively
Ability to work in a high-paced environment and consistently meet deadlines
Good to have:
Experience of working in startups/ consulting
Knowledge of education domain
