Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
Inspect Fire & Life Safety Systems: Conduct regular inspections of fire alarm systems, fire extinguishers, emergency lighting, fire pumps, and other fire and life safety equipment.
Perform Preventive Maintenance: Carry out scheduled testing, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting of fire and life safety systems to ensure they remain operational and compliant.
Respond to Safety Issues: Promptly respond to reported fire and life safety system faults and assist in resolving issues or escalating them when required.
Conduct Safety Inspections: Regularly inspect designated areas of the hotel to identify potential fire and life safety hazards and report any issues requiring attention.
Maintain Documentation: Accurately record inspections, tests, maintenance activities, and system faults in accordance with hotel procedures.
Support Emergency Preparedness: Assist with emergency response procedures, fire drills, and testing of emergency systems to ensure the hotel is prepared for potential incidents.
Support the Engineering Team: Assist with other fire and life safety-related maintenance tasks and departmental projects as required.

Work arrangement
No
