Senior AI Growth Enginer

For our client, we are seeking a Senior AI Growth Enginer to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.
This role will drive the design and implementation of AI-enabled acquisition systems that improve how the business attracts, segments, and converts prospective customers.
You will partner closely with marketing, analytics, and technical stakeholders to connect data sources, automate campaign execution, and create stronger personalization across the funnel.
The position is highly cross-functional and focused on building scalable experimentation, reporting, and optimization capabilities that support measurable growth.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $180,000 – $215,000 annually
Responsibilities
Design and build AI-driven automated acquisition systems
Develop scalable personalization logic based on audience behavior
Integrate and instrument marketing technology systems for data flow
Identify customer segments using quantitative and qualitative analysis
Collaborate on creating automated campaign workflows for varied stages
Establish experimentation frameworks for testing and improving marketing efforts
Create reporting dashboards to analyze funnel performance and campaign success
Qualifications
5+ years in AI, marketing automation, or systems engineering
Experience with customer acquisition strategies and tools
Strong analytical skills, able to derive insights from complex data
Proficient in integrating marketing tech stacks, including CDP and CRM systems
Exceptional communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
