Processes Reengineering & Procedures Clerk

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Processes Reengineering & Procedures Clerk within the Operational Excellence department. In this role, it is required to participate in the development and modification of procedures governing various aspects of the Bank’s banking and support operations, ensuring that clear workflows are established, including the rules, regulations, responsibilities, and authorities governing each activity. Monitor adherence to these procedures to minimize risks and processing time while safeguarding the Bank’s interests and rights.
Responsibilities:
Receive requests from the direct supervisor to develop and/or modify procedures related to new products, banking operations, systems/programs, or projects across the Bank’s various business units. Contribute to developing or modifying the relevant procedures, enter them into the Procedures Management System, and submit them to the direct supervisor for review.
Participate in developing and/or modifying the workflows for various processes within the Procedures Management System based on the proposed/approved process flow, and submit them to the direct supervisor for review.
Follow up on the development and/or modification of new forms based on approved procedures or amendments requested by the relevant department within the automated system, ensuring their implementation.
Participate in responding to employees’ inquiries regarding new or amended procedures and ensure that the procedures are clearly communicated and explained to them in accordance with business requirements.
Participate in the implementation and execution of projects related to the Bank’s strategic plans and the centralization of operations, and coordinate with all relevant project stakeholders.
Participate in workshops organized by the Compliance and Risk Department for the purpose of identifying operational risks and control procedures related to the department/process under review.
Follow up on observations and correspondence received from the direct supervisor and work on addressing and resolving issues related to procedures in coordination with the direct supervisor.
Serve as a primary or alternate member of the Business Continuity Plan and officially designated emergency response teams. Perform all duties assigned under the plan to minimize the impact of crises and ensure the recovery and restoration of operations as quickly as possible.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Administrative and Banking Sciences or any related field.
Minimum of two years of practical experience in the same field or in banking operations.
Good knowledge of the procedures governing business activities and their internal and external updates.
Good computer skills and the ability to work with various systems and applications.
Good command of the English language.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to complete tasks efficiently and within required timelines.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure.
