Outbound Customer Service Agent – Malaysia Market (Chinese + English)

Conduct proactive outbound calls and customer engagement activities to assigned customers.
Execute sales and promotional campaigns to increase customer awareness and drive business growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular follow-up and account support.
Promote Bosch products, services, and marketing campaigns to target customers.
Support customer acquisition, retention, development, and business expansion initiatives.
Serve as a dedicated point of contact for customer inquiries and support requests.
Identify sales opportunities and contribute to the continuous growth of outbound business activities.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Area Sales Managers (ASM) and Key Account Managers (KAM), to ensure effective customer management and issue resolution.
Maintain accurate customer records and activity tracking in CRM systems.
Achieve defined productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
Bachelor's Degree or above.
Minimum 2 years of experience in outbound customer service, tele sales, telemarketing, or contact center operations.
Experience in customer engagement, sales support, or account management is preferred.
Fluent in Mandarin, preferably Malaysian Mandarin / Mandarin with a Malaysian accent
Good command of English for business communication.
Strong communication, customer service, and relationship management skills.
Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications is an advantage.
Ability to work in a multicultural and fast-paced environment.
