For our client, we are seeking a Executive Director, Product Strategy and Execution to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.
This leader will guide the product strategy and execution agenda for a healthcare organization focused on developing offerings that align with market needs and broader business objectives. The role will blend market insight, growth strategy, and operational discipline to move new products from concept through launch. You will partner across functions to shape competitive offerings, support sales enablement, and help ensure product initiatives are viable, well-planned, and positioned for impact.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $136,933 – $204,463 annually
Responsibilities
Drive new product development through market research and customer insights
Identify and prioritize market opportunities for product alignment with business strategy
Ensure product offerings are competitive and fully meet market needs
Lead the entire product development process from research to execution
Manage risk analysis related to product launch resources and capabilities
Oversee budget and operational planning for product initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build product awareness and sales strategies
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
7-10 years of experience in product development and management
Experience with voluntary and group products is essential
Ability to lead and influence without direct oversight
Proven skills in developing and revising growth strategies
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
