Vice President, Product Management - Quality

For our client, we are seeking a Vice President, Product Management - Quality to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.
This leader will shape the product strategy for a portfolio focused on quality-related solutions that support healthcare organizations and their operational goals.
The role will define a multi-year roadmap, drive AI-enabled product innovation, and ensure the portfolio delivers measurable business impact.
You will also partner closely with customers, industry stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to translate strategic priorities into scalable product plans and strong execution.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $220,000 – $240,000 annually
Responsibilities
Drive product strategy and accountability for business outcomes
Define and implement a multi-year product vision and roadmap
Lead AI thought leadership within the product organization and team operations
Coach and manage product leaders to support team excellence
Create documented business cases that support broader company strategy
Translate strategic objectives into actionable product plans
Ensure seamless product experiences through cross-functional collaboration
Mandate AI tool adoption to optimize product development processes
Engage with customers and industry leaders to inform product decisions
Drive AI implementation to enhance product quality and efficiency
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
Define and achieve product KPIs for financial performance
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
10+ years of product management or strategy leadership experience
5+ years of experience developing and managing high-performing teams
Experience managing multi-product portfolios over $100M ARR
Demonstrated success deploying AI with measurable business impact
Strong understanding of SaaS metrics and business models
Healthcare industry knowledge in quality and risk
