Product Management Director - Policy Admin & Rating

For our client, we are seeking a Product Management Director - Policy Admin & Rating to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.
This leader will oversee digital product strategy for core insurance administration and rating capabilities, ensuring the roadmap supports key business value streams. The role will partner closely with Product Owners and cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize work, allocate resources, and guide product decisions that improve delivery outcomes. This position will also help shape product vision, manage lifecycle and cost considerations, and drive complex initiatives that support customer-focused solutions in a regulated industry.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $130,955 – $206,984 annually
Responsibilities
Execute digital product strategy to support specified value streams
Develop and maintain strategic product roadmaps
Facilitate prioritization and resource allocation discussions
Research industry trends to guide product vision
Manage product life cycles and total cost of ownership
Drive complex product development initiatives
Collaborate with Product Owners on executing product roadmaps
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Ten years in product management or a related field
Experience in the insurance business area may substitute for some management experience
Background in product delivery environments
Experience collaborating with end-users to develop customer-focused solutions
Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) required
Advanced product ownership or product management certification preferred
