Everest Technical Services is expanding its BIM team and is looking for skilled and detail-oriented BIM Mechanical and BIM Electrical Engineers to join our growing team.

You will work on diverse building projects across the European and Gulf markets, developing, coordinating and delivering high-quality BIM models, drawings and construction documentation.
We are looking for professionals with 5–10+ years of relevant experience with strong hands-on expertise in Revit MEP, BIM modelling, MEP coordination and clash detection.
What You’ll Do
Develop and maintain Mechanical and Electrical BIM models using Revit MEP.
Interpret design drawings, specifications, schematics and MEP mark-ups.
Coordinate MEP services and perform clash detection and resolution using Navisworks.
Prepare LOD 300/400 models, shop drawings and construction documentation.
Work with project teams to deliver coordinated models within project timelines and quality standards.
Follow BIM Execution Plans, project standards and client requirements.
For Mechanical roles, support fabrication-level modelling where required.
What We’re Looking For
5–10+ years of relevant BIM/MEP experience.
Strong hands-on expertise in Revit MEP – Mandatory.
Proficiency in Navisworks, AutoCAD and BIM 360/ACC.
Strong experience in MEP modelling, coordination, clash detection and construction documentation.
Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings, schematics, specifications and mark-ups.
Good understanding of BIM workflows, project standards and BIM Execution Plans.
Experience working on European and/or Gulf projects is an advantage.
Revit Fabrication experience is an added advantage for BIM Mechanical positions.
Knowledge of Dynamo, DIALux, Amtech or COBie will be an added advantage.
Project Experience
Experience across commercial, residential, hospitality, healthcare, retail, institutional and other complex building projects will be an advantage.
