About the Role
We are looking for Spanish-speaking Recruiters (B2 proficiency) who will support end-to-end recruitment for US clients. This role requires strong communication skills in Spanish and English, an understanding of client requirements, and timely delivery as per agreed SLAs.
You will work closely with clients, candidates, and internal teams to ensure smooth hiring and excellent service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Source, screen, and interview candidates for assigned roles.
Understand job requirements and client expectations clearly.
Communicate with candidates in Spanish and English.
Manage candidate pipelines and maintain recruitment databases.
Coordinate with clients through emails and conference calls.
Share daily/weekly recruitment reports with the Team Lead.
Build and maintain long-term candidate relationships.
Ensure recruitment delivery as per defined SLAs and timelines.
Follow company policies, processes, and information security guidelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline.
Spanish language proficiency – B2 level (mandatory)
Good verbal and written communication skills (Spanish & English)
Strong interpersonal and coordination skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office and online sourcing tools
Understanding of recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to closure)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
Experience
0–1 year of recruitment experience
Freshers with strong Spanish proficiency may also be considered.
